I was looking for a house but not a realtor when I met Alex. I just wanted to do it myself and not get rushed to make a decision. Alex changed my mind with his no pressure approach and desire to offer value by digging deeper and doing all the work for me. He pulled up extra intel anywhere he could find it, using connections and contractor specialists to assess the value of our options, identify red flags, and was honest in telling me where I should pass on a house I thought I liked that might give me headaches in the future.
